Hi, I'm Jacquie—and I've been where you are.
For years, I felt trapped in the exhausting cycle of dieting, guilt, shame, and never feeling "enough". Add in a chronic illness (hello, Crohn's disease), and I realized that the traditional health advice just wasn't cutting it for me. When I discovered the Health At Every Size (HAES) and Intuitive Eating philosophies, everything changed. I learned to tune into my body's needs, let go of food rules, and embrace health on my own terms—and now I help others do the same.
As a certified Health and Life Coach through the Health Coach Institute and a playful, down-to-earth coach who believes in making health feel good, I work with clients to build confidence, energy, and habits that actually feel good—no perfection required.
If there is one thing I've learned through my recovery from 25+ years in diet culture, you can't hate yourself happy, criticize yourself thin, or shame yourself worthy. Real change begins with self-care, self-respect, self-love and a whole bunch of compassion and understanding for your unique humanness.
